Description

The group of the Biotechnology and Biomedicine Institute (UAB-1) has created tools for analysis of massive gene expression in fish thanks to the collaboration with other partners of the network. Following these collaborations have been carried out designs of nanosystems delivery of DNA vaccines for fish. In addition, the group is specialized in the operation of the innate fish system with commercial interest.

Industry collaboration

 

Contractual agrrement with SKRETTING, a world leader in fish diet production. The agreement explores screening technologies developed in primary cultures of fish macrophages. The objective was to select new immunostimulating compounds for the development of diets.
