The Bioinformatics group of the Complutense University of Madrid (UCM) has carried out tasks that have included the maintenance of the dedicated server exclusively to the projects Consolider-AQUAGENOMICS and to the Network of Excellence for the management of the information and the bases of data. They have also focused on maintaining and improving the web portal that has given unique and centralized access to each of the different parts of the project. They have participated in the improvement of the system of analysis of ORF and DB genomes and have worked in the healing, according to the rest of the groups, of the functional annotations for all the genes. In addition, they have helped in the design and analysis of microarray results.
